A small refundable deposit reserves your date and equipment. The exact amount is shown at checkout and is applied toward your balance. Your card is processed securely by our booking partner — we never store card details.

Cancel at least 7 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Within 7 days, we'll happily reschedule to another available date at no charge, subject to availability.

Yes — every rental includes professional delivery, setup, and pickup within our service area. You don't lift a finger. Use the ZIP checker on our home page to confirm we deliver to you.

A flat, clear space of the right size (listed on each item), access to a standard power outlet within about 50 feet (or let us know if a generator is needed), a garden hose for water attractions, and an adult present at delivery.

Yes. We anchor with sandbags on hard surfaces and stakes on grass. Just let us know your surface type when you book so we bring the right equipment.

Safety first. If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, or storms) is forecast, we'll proactively reach out to reschedule to another available date or issue a rain-check credit. Light passing showers usually aren't a problem for most rentals.

Always. Every bounce house and water slide is cleaned and sanitized between every rental, and inspected before delivery. We are fully licensed and insured, and our crew anchors and tests each unit on site.

Each item lists its recommended age range and capacity. We carry options from toddler-safe soft-play zones through combo units for older kids and teens. Adult supervision is always required.
